Terms and Conditions of Use

Access to and use of the Orlo application (the “Application”) and website provided by Mov. Centre Entrenament S.L. (CIF: B21717566, registered address: ) imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Application or website.

I understand that participation in classes and training activities involves inherent risks of injury. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I am in suitable physical condition to do so. I accept personal responsibility for any injury sustained during normal participation, except when caused by negligence or breach of duty on the part of Mov. Centre Entrenament S.L..

1. User Account

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Bookings, Attendance, and Cancellation Policy

  • You may book, reschedule, or cancel classes through the Application, subject to the gym’s policy and availability.
  • If you cancel a class with less than the required notice period, or do not attend a booked class, you may be charged a late cancellation fee or forfeit the class credit, according to the gym’s policy.
  • For personal training sessions, cancelling on short notice may result in being charged the full session fee.
  • The gym reserves the right to modify schedules or assign trainers at its discretion.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Subscription Cancellation

  • All payments for classes, memberships, or packages must be made through the Application, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments made are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be granted at the gym’s discretion and according to its policies.
  • You may cancel your next payment or subscription at any time through the Application before it is processed. Once payment is processed, it is normally non-refundable.
  • Prices, fees, and billing terms may be updated with prior notice.

4. Conduct and Use

  • You must use the Application only for lawful purposes and according to its intended use.
  • You must treat other users and staff with respect, both in the Application and at the gym.
  • The gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of misuse or violation of policies.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • You may opt out of commercial communications at any time.

6. Staff Responsibilities Regarding Client Data

Staff members of the gym who are granted access to the Application may only use client data (including, but not limited to, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and booking information) for the sole purpose of providing gym services and carrying out their professional duties.

It is strictly prohibited for staff to:

  • Use client data for personal purposes (e.g., sending private messages, promoting outside services, or personal marketing).
  • Copy, download, or share client data outside of the Application unless expressly authorized by the gym and the client.
  • Retain client data after their employment or contractual relationship with the gym ends.

The gym is responsible for ensuring its staff comply with these obligations. Any misuse of client data may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of this application and website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, software, and other materials, is the property of Mov. Centre Entrenament S.L. or third parties who have authorized its use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Links to Third Parties

This application or website may contain links to third-party websites not managed by Mov. Centre Entrenament S.L.. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such external sites.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute related to the use of the application, website, or services, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of the gym, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
